These terms including annexures and links herein, apply to your use of www.domains.servatom.com, any other linked pages, API keys, features, content or application services (including but without limitation to any mobile application, mobile site services) (“ Website ”) owned and operated by Servatom LLP (“ Servatom ”), a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at J-406, Block J, Purva Fountain Square, Marathahalli, Bangalore Bangalore KA IN 560037.
“We”, “Us”, “Our” - shall refer to Servatom. “You”, “Yours”, “Yourself” - refers to any non-registered individual or registered user of Servdomain.
Servdomain is a propietary product of Servatom and is not affiliated with any other company.
Servatom collects your phone number for authentication purposes only. We do not share your phone number with any third party.
Servatom collects your email address for account management and communication purposes only. We do not share your email address with any third party.
Servatom cares about your privacy and will not share your data with any third party apart from what has been already specified.
It may take 2-3 days to resolve payments and deem the subscription and subdomain as usable. Expiry date of the subscription is set with respect to date of activation of the subscription.
For payments that are late authorized but not captured by Us or our Payment Service Provider, shall initiate auto-refund to the customer within five (5) days.
All Refunds initiated by Us shall be routed to the same payment method through which the Transaction was processed.
Subscriptions can be renewed manually in case auto-deduct fails, within 5 days after expiry. The subdomain will remain usable for the buffer of five (5) days. Post five (5) days, the subdomain will be terminated on failure of renewal of the subscription.
Servatom reserves the right to block any subdomain that is required for internal use by the company.
Servatom reserves the right to block any subdomain that is deemed inappropriate by the company.
Servatom reserves the right to monitor the usage of the subdomain and may suspend or terminate the account if the usage is deemed inappropriate by the company.
Servatom reserves the right to change the pricing at any time without any prior notice. The ongoing plans, however, will continue to be billed at the same price till the end of the billing cycle.
Servatom reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, if deemed inappropriate or suspicious by the company.
Servatom reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice. However, Servatom will ensure prevention of nonsensical monetary losses to its users.
Servatom assumes that you have read and understood the terms and conditions before using the product.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Servatom believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellation of a subscription is allowed only if the subscription is active.
Processing of cancellation may take upto seven (7) days.
Cancellation of a subscription will result in the termination of the subdomain with effect from the date of processing of cancellation.
No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.
A terminated subdomain cannot be restored and must be bought again subject to availability.
